Disabled American Veterans (DAV) – creates a support network and advocates on behalf of disabled American veterans and their families.
Donates "comfort homes," built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers. These homes enable family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful times - during the hospitalization for an unexpected illness, disease, or injury.
Express our nation's appreciation & respect for the Military by sending care packages & letters to deployed Troops, their Children at home, Veterans, 1st Responders, Wounded Warriors & Care Givers.
We help military families with critical financial assistance, transitional & permanent housing and other family support programs during the year. 92% of our expenditures go directly to help families.
Helping aging veterans of the armed forces who have experienced spinal cord injury or dysfunction.
Provides scholarship grants and counseling to the surviving children of personnel who die in missions and immediate financial assistance to the severely wounded.
The USO is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to support the troops by providing morale, welfare and recreation-type services to our men and women in uniform.
